Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To be the change.
ABOUT ME
Fiona Apple's TIDAL album
"The Edible Woman" --Margaret Atwood
Saul Williams's "Gypsy Girl"
Give me a good book, a curry bowl (Indian, Thai, or Japanese curry--it doesn't matter), and some shade in a sunny public park and I'm good!
PHILOSOPHY
"Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our minds."
Freedom is unattachment, realizing the impermanence of everything, and living as cliche as it may be IN THE MOMENT. Don't live for anyone else's dreams but your own.
It's hard but I'm learning, everyday.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This may not sound so profound or amazing, but I did Dr. Burroughs' ten day lemonade/cayenne pepper diet twice. It's amazing what you can do if you push yourself...and fasting for ten days is DEFINITELY pushing it for me.
