ABOUT ME

I am a continuing work in progress. I love the experience of life and believe that it is all good, even when it doesn't feel good. I am on this workout kick - change in life behavior - I call it bringing sexy back. I know it's there somewhere. It's just deep, deep, deep under quilted covers {smiles}.
I enjoy meeting new people and seeing how our path's crossing can enrich not only our lives but also the lives of others.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to inspire others that all things are possible. My intent is to enrich the lives of others. I hold on to my feelings and thoughts very lightly because they are always changing. When I get tense, it is an indication that I am holding on to feelings and my thinking to tightly and seriously.

A co-worker shared this site with me yesterday 2/25/2009. I have been opening up my place for others since the college days. I believe we are all family. We are all more a like than we are different. As a participant, I will share my couch, friendship, knowledge with anyone who inquires.
