Having focussed on being independent and creating a secure future for myself for many years, I feel I've missed out on parts of my younger years that I never got to experience, most importantly; seeing the world.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I went traveling for the first time on my own in September to Thailand and now I have the travelling bug! I go to Barbados on my own from time to time to visit my Grandma, and tend to make friends there as she is unable to go out often.

A friend of mine has used Couchsurfing a few times and highly recommended I give it a go.

So here I am!

I feel like travelling will provide me with better knowledge and life experiences that I currently have and would help me to become a well rounded individual.

I feel it will also help me broaden my horizons and potentially create opportunities that I possibly wouldn't have, remaining where I am. It will help me see and think things differently and create a much better wider network or friends.
