Overview
About Me
I moved to Canada three years ago. I grew up in the Philippines where I studied applied physics, and materials science and engineering. I work in a clean technology company that develops and manufactures flexible LED luminaires. I love my job and what I do. I feel like I am making a positive impact to the world.
I want to explore, travel and meet people on the way. Right now, I am filling up my checklist on islands and beaches I want to visit in the Philippines. Hopefully after that, Souteast Asia then Europe.
I have a place that is very close to public transportation (It's very easy to get into different parts of Vancouver.), I can share a couch, give a few tips on where to go, and even take you to places (if schedule permits)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I think this is a very good community. The concept itself is amazing.
Life has been great to me lately and I want to spread good Karma. I can give people a place to stay. Learn from guest in the process.
I have a rough travel plan in mind. When the picture becomes clearer, I hope CS would help me too.
Interests
Learning new things. I am open to almost everything. I play sports - Basketball, Soccer, Ultimate, Volleyball. I do skin diving and my happy place is underwater with the corals. It is unfortunate that I find Canadian waters too cold. However, I am working towards getting a SCUBA diver's license. I love beer - or any booze. I am into technology and science. I like to go around an explore nature.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love musics and I don't mind listening to them all. I do prefer Classic Rock(I would appreciate it if you know the lyrics to Bohemian Rhapsody. lol. ) and I am slowly discovering the awesomeness of Jazz.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I already consider it amazing that I am at this point in my life that I have the freedom to do what I want considering my origin.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can offer lots of things to CSers. I like to them to have the best time as possible while they are here in Vancouver.
