Overview
About Me
I am a 23 year old Physics teacher in Paris.
I've studied Astrophysics and Engineering, lived in Porto (Portugal) and worked in an environmental NGO.
I'm fluent in English (my boyfriend in from the non-french speaking part of Belgium so I speak English with him 24/7) and I have a good level in Spanish.
My experience living abroad in Porto was life changing. Ever since I jump on every opportunity to meet new people from different cultures, whether when at home or while traveling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I currently want to travel as much as possible. Couchsurfing represent a cheap opportunity to stay in new places, but most importantly to get a very authentic experience.
When I was a child I used to go on vacation abroad with my family. We would visit museum, sites and enjoy beaches and view. It wasn't until quite recently, when I started traveling with my friends, my boyfriend and on my own that I realised how more fulfilling traveling can be when you give yourself the chance and the time to appreciate the place, the people and the culture in a more authentic way.
I am now embracing slow traveling.
Couchsurfing allows me to experience living in an apartment where locals ACTUALLY live. Hopefully, it can be a chance to meet people with whom I am sure I share some core values.
