I love change fasciliating people, organisations and groups - I´m a teacher for a Danish Study Centre where I travel the world while teaching youngsters personal development and communication.

I live for adventure on the mental, emotional and physical levels. To be moved, touched and inspired in my daily life especially in relationships and exciting conversations with reflection, humor, seriousness and the presence of family, friends and colleagues - but also through literature, film, theater, concerts and especially good cooking and sensuous culinary experiences.

I get my heart rating and my spirits up and balanced through skating, winter swimming, long walks and mental workout with yoga and mindfulness. I enjoy seeing the world and taste and experience more cultures, histories and traditions. I have been traveling around the United States, Central America, Australia, Asia and New Zealand as well as in most of Europe with sandals, hiking boots, diving fins or skis under my feet. I enjoy traveling of various kinds, so my life has chapters roadtrips, charter, skiing, backpacker etc.
