Teach, Learn, Share

I like to help people with their health. I can't say i have some training in any medical fields, but my experience with common pain (low back pain especially) taught me a lot of people nowadays suffer this way. In that respect i learnt yoga, i started sports, but now in a soft manner, not to be a competitor. And also to move my body and make the most of what i have. I really love to cook for other people and share my tips TOO. I have a lot to learn from you all in any field. Whatever you have to offer.
