Interests

I love cooking, especiallly experimenting with different ingredients and flavours. My kitchen is a fully equipped one with every possible tool you can imagine; I collect them. I also have a cooking book collection. I love discovering a new culture through its food since it really shows the values and history of the people.

I run a couple of times during the week and there is a nice bike path nearby. I also like trail running.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have been on Machu Picchu. The best was the hike at 7am to Huaynapicchu, a mountain overlooking the Machu Picchu site. How amazing! Breathtaking (literally! not much oxygen at that height!) view. Machu Picchu is truly magical. What amazed me the most was that during my 3 weeks trip to Peru I have made an equal amount of Peruvian friends and foreign tourists friends.

I went backpacking to Costa Rica and Nicaragua and loved the countries. I was so impressed with how the Costa Rican loved their country and were so open and friendly.
