About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel the world to discover different cultures

ABOUT ME

I grew up in a small village, started my studies in Lyon then lived in Avignon for 4 years.
I've had my master in english, wrote a thesis on Maori arts and culture when i was living in New Zealand, teaching french at the university, then worked as an English teacher in an intermediate school and saved a bit of money to travel.
I came back to New Zealand for about two months then went to South America and traveled over there for about a year.
Now I'm living in Toulouse with friends, teaching English again.

PHILOSOPHY

There is no way to happiness, happiness is the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I talk about couchsurfing all around me, to people who haven't heard about it yet.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted quite a few people in the house i was sharing with my friends in Avignon. Very nice meetings..I also surfed many couches all around my travels. I've met some people that are part of my life now and more than being an easy way to travel, couchsurfing is also the humanist way to travel.

Interests

I like hiking, swimming, reading, knitting, weaving...watching a good movie or going to music festivals...enjoying my time with friends, laughing, talking and chilling out.
And above all traveling. I think meeting new people, new cultures is something everyone should experience because the world has so much to offer and travels bring so much. We just have to open up our eyes, our ears, our heart to realise there is so much to learn from people and from Mother Earth.
