About Me

I’m a curious and open-minded traveler who enjoys exploring the world one culture at a time. Over the years, I’ve visited more than fifty countries—sometimes for adventure, sometimes for work, and often simply to understand how people live in different parts of the world.

I value meaningful conversations, shared meals, and those unique moments that only happen when you meet someone from a completely different background. I’m respectful, tidy, independent, and easy to get along with. I enjoy listening to people’s stories just as much as I enjoy sharing my own.

When I travel, I don’t just look for places to see—I look for people to connect with. Couchsurfing is, for me, a way to experience a city through its locals, learn new perspectives, and create friendships that last beyond the trip.

Outside of traveling, I enjoy classical music, photography, good coffee, and discovering hidden spots in every city I visit.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel frequently for both personal and professional reasons. During these trips, I enjoy meeting locals and fellow travelers to better understand the places I visit. Couchsurfing gives me the opportunity to connect with people, share experiences, and explore cities from a local perspective rather than just as a visitor.

Interests

I’m an open-minded traveler who enjoys meeting new people, discovering different cultures, and exchanging ideas. I value genuine conversations, local insights, and friendships that go beyond a single journey.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy classical music and instrumental pieces that reflect the atmosphere of the places I travel to. I also like documentaries, travel literature, and books on history and culture.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I descended 200 meters into a volcano, felt the raw power of the earth beneath me, and later traveled to the polar oceans where whales breed. I even met travelers from Senegal who journeyed there as well—proof that passion for exploration connects people from every corner of the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love sharing stories from my travels across more than fifty countries—each one with its own culture, rhythm, and history. I’m always eager to learn from others and exchange knowledge about world cultures, daily life, and unique travel experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can offer a warm, respectful, and comfortable stay, along with good conversation and local recommendations. I enjoy helping travelers discover the hidden corners of the city—places you don’t always find in guidebooks. Whether it’s a quiet café, a scenic walk, or cultural spots that only locals know, I’m happy to share what I’ve learned over many years of traveling.

I can also share stories from my journeys across more than fifty countries, and I’m always open to learning about your experiences as well. I respect personal space, keep things clean, and try to make sure my guests feel at ease and welcome.

While I may not always be available to accompany guests full-time due to my travel schedule, I do my best to provide guidance, help with planning, and offer a safe and friendly environment whenever I host.
