Hii aloha fellow travelers,

My name is Cetanya and I originate from the Netherlands. The main reason why I like to travel is because, I would like to explore the world, it’s beautiful nature and the diversity of cultures. The second reason to go on this adventure is to learn more about the things we didn't learn in school, but are often way more important in life. Upcoming February I will start with my final year of my Bachelor of physiotherapy. Because I want to be able to help a wide range of human movement disorders, I must learn about different cultures. Therefore I chose to take a gap (half)year and to volunteer as a physiotherapist.

I'm a ocean child, a lover of animals, a travel enthusiast and a fulltime fun seeking person. I'm curious for the unknown and I try to keep myself busy by learning something new. I like to spend time in the company of people and animals, but I also like to spend time by myself. Being outdoors and being active makes me very happy. Being in the ocean, surfing, swimming, snorkeling or being at the beach photographing, writing, doing yoga or sit still and watch the waves is my happy place.

I care for the environment and look to live in a more sustainable way. Tapping into the creative world is another love of mine. While photography is my passion, I do enjoy all kinds of arts, such as music (playing guitar & ukulele), painting, writing, drawing, handicrafts etc. Since I can remember, my heart is fulfilled with love for the earth.

I am open minded an easy going individual who enjoys meeting and socialising with new people from different parts of the globe. I have met some incredible people on my travels in the past years and I look forward to meeting many more. When you go with an open mind and heart, you meet the most wonderful people!
