i love life!!! to push ones self outside of the comfort zone and to cultivate growth in all areas of life. i love nature and being in its great wounders. Motivating my wife to join me on all my crazy adventures is my daily challenge...:-)

the ocean.....i love the rythem that is created from the waters. i paddle,dive,surf,frolock and do just about anything i can in the water. music is my therapy. i have no music ability but love to shake my booty.
