I’m a recent graduate from University of Brighton. My areas of interest are business development and economics. In my early twenties I became a head chef – the job was a means to an end, I always dreamed about having my own fancy restaurant. Along the way I was pursuing my other interests and I came back to study at the University. Gordon Ramsey however, remained a role model. I enjoy exercising and I’m a good asset in sports, at the Uni I volunteered as a captain of boxing team. The best way to contact me is probably through Facebook.
