ABOUT ME

I was in a bus, probably for a period of time beyond my normal tolerance levels, somewhere in the north east of brazil, in the midst of a 20 month journey through South America. My mind was wandering, my eyes sticking to objects in the landscape, then releasing, then catching another, when the thought occurred to me... I was living my dream. Not the, "I dream about being..." type of dream, but when I daydreamed as a child or a teenager, it was about the unknown beyond my intimidate boarders. Obviously this feeling of travel, the desire to move, to change, to experience again was never really a hidden aspiration, but it was that realization of "living the dream" that put a smile on my face.

That was a few years ago now. Near the end of that trip I feel in love with a couchsurfer, went back to university in canada where I worked on a project repeating photographs of the Rocky Mountains, while managing to spend 7 of those months with that couchsurfer in Germany, juggling an intercontinental CS relationship (she's slovak btw). With my Masters done, I now embark on a new journey, this time to the far East. I will be spending the Fall and Winter in Siberia, near Lake Baikal, then hopefully heading south to China and the likes of South East Asia.

If you are reading this, hopefully we'll be meeting soon, and living the dream together, where ever that might be.

PHILOSOPHY

You can´t be the best at everything, or even anything, but you can do anything, and you can always do it better than you think.
