Hello all, I run 5-6 times a week and have completed 15 marathons in my lifetime. I love to ski, cycle, go hiking, and swim as well. I am very polite, considerate, and friendly!

I love travelling and am on a quest to visit 100 countries. Currently I am on 73. I much prefer to stay with locals to learn their way of life and culture than in a hostel or hotel with other travellers/tourists.

Currently I am in Logroño Spain for the Autumn 2019 wine harvest and to continue learning to speak Spanish.
