I grew up in rural Pennsylvania and worked in law enforcement for ten years after graduating from the University of Pittsburgh. I earned my Masters in Public Admin while working, but I decided that I wanted to go to law school. In 2015, I resigned from my job and became a full time student at the University of Colorado School of Law. Its been quite an adjustment and reinvention, but I am loving it! I love the outdoors and traveling. I also enjoy history and learning about other countries and cultures.

I joined couchsurfing because I don't want to let me my being single prevent me from traveling internationally. Traveling alone is so much better if you can make friends in the places you visit, no one can give you insight like a local.
