I live in a small town in southwest Colorado. I really enjoy being outside rock climbing, biking, rafting, snowboarding or just taking my dog for a nice hike. I love where I live and i rarely have a weekend where I don't have some adventure planned.

I had never really heard about Couchsurfing until I unintentionally stayed with a host in Istanbul. It was a great experience to be in another country and feel so welcome in someones home. I believe it is the best way to experience where you are visiting. Since then I have hosted surfers at my home in Colorado. I love meeting new people and making them feel as welcome as I did in Istanbul.
