Hello! I am a 23-year-old dental school student and photographer from Kansas City, Mo. I was born in Scottsdale, Arizona, grew up in Wichita, Kansas, and now go to school in Kansas City. I typically travel along with my girlfriend Amy. After studying abroad in London while in college (my girlfriend also studied abroad in Scotland), it’s certain that travel will be a significant part of our lives forever. We have done a handful of road trips since returning from abroad to explore more of our own country! I have not used Couchsurfing much yet, but typically check out its options whenever I travel. My experiences thus far include being hosted once in Salzburg, Austria and meeting up with other Couchsurfers for a wine tour in Florence, Italy. These experiences have been nothing but great. I have not hosted anyone yet because I don't have my own place, but plan to as soon as I do!

If you have to pay for it, don’t do it! The best parts of travel are typically free, such as hikes, watching the sunrise/sunset, wandering the streets, meeting new people, etc.
