G'day couchsurfers & future friends of the world! Let's get started with something brief and short! We all know that there is only a brief amount that can be covered in such a small space so don't expect to know me by this:) luckily born in the beautiful country of South Africa in which colourful characters & culture are born & still live on. Despite moving to Australia At the age of 8, I'm really proud of the African culture and have held it close to my heart ever since I left! The music, rhythm, passion is something I have struggled to find around the world! ok I'm getting a little carried away ahah, my parents decided that it was too dangerous and resided in Perth Australia in which I lived until I was 18! As soon as a hit that magical number, I wanted to explore the world and find the perfect culture for me! I headed to Europe for 6 months & returned to Australia with the intention of trying out Melbourne for 3 years to experience the sport culture & the bigger city life! Absolutely strived in that city but the general saying was ' 4 seasons in one' which is correct and can be rather frustrating which triggered a need for change! I feel the true problem is, once you gather the travel bug, it's really not going to go away. So I packed up & headed to Europe again! after another six months there, I returned to Perth for 6 months & bounced off to South America( current favourite continent) for 4 months. ok enough about travelling, I'll tell you abit about some general interests! I have a slight addiction to adrenaline sports.. Currently in the process of becoming a skydiving instructor, 12 jumps down and 13 more too goo! With the eventual goal of being able to fly in a wing suit, unfortunately you need over 200 jumps so patience is needed! Besides the sky diving, I enjoy cooking (cheesecake specialist), dancing & meditation the most! I can name numerous more but let's keep this for another time

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ever since a wee lad, I have admired the world and the wonderful beauty, nature & cultures that are open to be experienced & explored.. After heading to Europe when I was 18, I had suddenly fallen in love with travelling & the interaction with different cultures & people. If I could ask anything from coach surfing, it would be for my host to allow me to be comfortable while I embrace a new environment
