Intereses

I love the great outdoors and all things nature, and I'm passionate about conservation (hence the the career choice). I'm keen on hiking, camping and swimming, and I'd like to try more of bouldering and skiing. I’ve just tried freediving and absolutely loving being a part time mermaid. Basically, any chance I get, I’m outdoors. I’m lucky enough to work outdoors too!

I enjoy learning new things. At the moment I am learning (basic) Spanish and while it has been challenging, I've been having fun. I'm also a massive foodie and love going out to eat.

And of course, travel! There is so much to see and experience in this amazing world. I try to travel as much as I can, even if it’s just in my big backyard that is Australia.

Música, películas y libros

I love to read. Some of my favourites include The Beach, Into Thin Air, 1984 and Deep: Freediving and Renegade Science, but I also enjoy reading thrillers, fantasy novels, travel novels and popular fiction.

I'm up for watching any genre of movie, besides horror and gore. I have an endless list of favourite TV shows but some that stand outs are Parks and Rec and Game of Thrones (the books are awesome too).

I listen to bands such as Bloc Party, Foals, Flight Facilities, Radiohead, Tame Impala, The XX, Bon Iver and Rufus. But I also like a bit of Kanye to rap to

It's hard to narrow it down to one! I'm grateful that I've had the chance to experience many many amazing things. But some that come to mind are...
- Seeing the Northern Lights in Canada
- Seeing shooting stars in the Queensland outback after spotting a shy echidna
- Hiking up the gruelling Volcán Acatenango in Guatemala to see Volcán Fuego erupt like crazy
