ABOUT ME

I'm a dad of four.
I'm a hobby runner, I like hiking and train capoeira.
I'm an IT guy.

I live in Brno, enjoying parenting of my four children. In spare time, if there is sometimes any, I go for a run (my wife do orienteering so time to time you can meet me even at some race). I have been training capoeira for two years now and go for a hiking trips with my family around Czech Republic.

I'm a curious person trying to understand how the things work. A bit introvert, happier in a smaller group of friendly people than at some party night. I like broadening my horizons.

As of my job I work in for a crypto-native friendly company as a developer. I like open source development. Sometimes I post at https://twitter.com/_chalda.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I learnt about CS from a friend Marcela several years ago. That was at time I stayed at an internship in Cordoba, Spain. She was talking about awesome experiences with CS. I liked her talking and I wanted to try it. I was trying but at the time I haven't found any couch succesfuly.
After a time I went for an internship to Brazil. I travelled with my wife a bit around the country and eventually we enjoyed great couches there. We met nice people and got more in-depth brazilian experience.
After then we hosted a few people but when children came we haven't much space to keep it going. But I believe we will do next tries in the future.

Intereses

raising my kids is my current main free time activity, then running and capoeira, computers and programming. I'm a fan of hiking. I like to read about history (especially ancient greek), understanding contexts of worldwide affairs...

Watching my children to grow up. Any of the travelling experiences (hiking in Romania, Bulgaria, hitchhiking in Norway and Turkey, running over the bridge in Brazil, living in Brazil), running experience (long overnight runs of 80 km, personal marathon record in Poland).
