ABOUT ME

Living in the cold, cold Umeå and longing to travel again. Meanwhile I love to host people visiting my city, and to get to show you the Umeå from it's best.

Studying to become a psychologist at University and spending my free time working to save money for travelling.

LOVED my last longer trip with my best friend Nora, couchsurfing around the U.S. for 2 months, experiencing some crazy adventures.

Lately I have been on some weekend trips around Europe, to Milan, Barcelona, and Alicante.

Things I like: friends, family, music, movies, gyms, nature, my sewing machine, interior design, beaches, shopping on sales, coffee shops, cooking, shoes, friendly people, swimming, candy, skiing, and of course travelling!

Things i don't like: cold weather (I know, could have chosen somewhere else to live), flight delays, insects, injustice, unfriendly people, mushrooms.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Had my first surfing experience when travelling the US two years ago, and I'm hooked. So looking forward to host home in Umeå.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Two months in the US with my friend Nora.

兴趣

I love movies! My last years new year's resolution was to watch 365 movies during, and I kept it. I also love theatre and music. Drinking a glass of wine in a jazz bar with a good friend is my kind of thing. Since last winter I am also a runner. It has never been my thing before, but now I am stuck. I am even racing, and this summer I signed up for two track events in Umeå.

Swimming with sharks and sting rays in the Bahamas, standing on the edge of Grand Canyon, and watching the beautiful northern lights on my way home from the gym.

I can teach you how to ski, to speak swedish, to make a really good spinage soup, to to say 1/8 in the swedish accent "norrländska", to sew a beautiful dress, to play "brännboll", to swim, to play the piano.

I want to learn new languages, to cook exotic food, to tango, to play new instruments and to learn how to drive a car.
