Currently living in Asheville, NC where I am a baker, cook, audio technician and musician. I enjoy seeing live music as much as possible, sitting around fires, cooking for others and meeting new folks as much as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always attempt to visit a city and see it the way the locals see it. I avoid tourist traps and most hosts I have met help me with that mission by showing me local cuisine, bars, venues and spots off the beaten path. My Couchsurfing experience has only the best. Every person I've met is the type of person I wouldn't want to have lived a life without meeting.

Interests

Music is a big part of my life. At the moment I am playing the banjo but will not hesitate to pick up any other instrument. Punk and metal is my go-to but I enjoy all traditional music from around the world. Street musicians are my heroes. I cook consistently for my house in Asheville for my 7 roommates and their guests, it's always a good time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

4 years Burning Man, field recording in Paris, ran sound at the largest solar powered venue in New Mexico while living in Taos. Almost everywhere I've traveled has been amazing.
