I am a passionate traveller and love to stay at youth hostels (have a life time pass my mom bought me when I was 16 and skiing in VT, staying at the schoolhouse youth hostel - yea Mad River Glen Ski Area) or with people. Most recently Bali was wonderful because most of the housing is in "homestays" with families.
