Hello all. I'm from California. I've been traveling / living abroad for the better part of 17 years. I'm a visual designer, media and culture critic, and a life-long student of traditional plant medicine.

In my twenties, my life was centered around community, Earth-centered work, and school. I focused a lot of time and attention on environmental and social projects, traditional plant medicine, organic farming, gardening, animal care, and so on.

These days, I'm usually in a city somewhere, focusing on work projects, or language acquisition, or school.

I'm endlessly excited by our Earth, sociology, somatic practices, spiritual traditions, folk music, visual and performing arts, philosophy, cosmology, vipassana meditation, Chinese medicine, playing chess, ska music, and cumbia from Mexico, Colombia and Peru. And yes, it can be tiring to be excited about so many things, haha.
