Hello, my name's Chance, I was born in Germany, but have lived all over including Germany, Washington State, Canada, Texas, Maryland, and California. I've visited Spain/Rome, Morocco/Africa, Greece, Paris (briefly) and Washington D.C. My dream is to move back to Washington or back to Germany. I'm normally pretty quiet at first, but once I get to know you, you can't get me to shut up. ha ha ha. If you do manage to crash at my place I do warn you, I have two large dogs and that think they're humans and have no sense of personal space. They are super energetic and excited for the first couple hours after meeting a new person, then they will mellow out and become couch potatoes. They shed and leave dog hair through most of the house but I keep them out of the guest rooms to try to provide a "hair-free" part of the house. Lint rollers provided upon request 😅. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on couchsurfing because I want to meet new people and listen to amazing stories. I'd like to one day get out and just explore the entire US.

Interests

I like going to movies and going for walks(when it isn't hot), and love to swim. I enjoy really doing anything as long as I'm with good people. I can't stand negative people, or people with poor attitudes. I am an introverted extrovert meaning while I am mostly a homebody, I do not mind going out and attending events because I love to go out, as long as I don't have to participate and I can just watch from a distance until I'm comfortable hahaha.

My absolute favorite movie is 'Ole Yeller, it came out in 1957, so if you haven't seen it I don't blame you. My favorite books are the Bartamaeous Trilogies, and I listen to just about everything in just about any language......

I haven't really done anything SUPER Amazing............I'm actually pretty boring, I work and sleep that's just about it........

What I Can Share with Hosts

I don't have a lot to share other than some stories and good company........I love to work, I've been called a work-aholic. I like to do things that are hands-on(especially woodworking and electronics) I like building things. I also love to help out, I could do things like the dishes, mowing the lawn, walking the dog, and cleaning up around the house and just odds and ends things.
WHAT I Can Share With Travelers:
I can provide a place to lay your head down and sleep for a night or two. Unfortunately I don't get out of the house often, so I'm not exactly sure what amazing things are around, and would be a horrible tour guide 😅
