Hi, I teach a healing, meditation practice called Ascension to people interested in deep rest & healing for their bodies and/or expansion of consciousness. I used to do social work w/homeless & mentally-ill, then accounting and now I want to travel more & teach people the practice of Ascension. I learned the practice in 2008 and have gotten to see a lot of cool changes in myself & others that I never even dreamed of as possible! I like to grow & nothing cooler than watching others grow too! I love people, traveling, cats, coffee and experiencing new & fun things And cracking-myself up! Hahahaha!

To travel & teach workshops for meditation, I am looking to get to lots of cities to teach & share a bit about the Art of Ascension, so more people have the opportunity to learn to Ascend!
