I am a researcher currently doing a postdoctoral fellowship at Dartmouth College in the US in Cosmology. I have recently finished my PhD in Cosmology from the University of Cambridge.

My interests include theoretical physics(obviously), reading, writing, activism especially at the intersection of race and gender issues, travelling, and making new friends. :) I love good conversations, learning about new places, cultures, histories and meeting all sorts of people. I also love animals. I say I am a dog person but I love cats too.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I travel extensively for my work and also for leisure. One of my favourite things about travelling is meeting new people and sharing cultures, experiences, histories, both personal and in a larger ethnic context. Thus couch surfing seems to be the perfect way to fuse both of these passions of mine.

I am also happy to host you, should you ever find yourself on the East coast of the United States. Hanover is a very small town but the Appalachian trail runs right beside my house, so there are a lot of hiking and trail running opportunities here.
