Music, Movies, and Books
I love many bands and many genres of music!
My favorite movie is admittedly Romie and Michelle's Highschool Reunion.
My favorite books would be: Gifts from the Sea by Anne Morrow Lindbergh, House by Frank Peretti and Ted Dekker
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Got to open up for one of my favorite bands at the time (HRVRD)!
It was so exciting, I was so nervous that i'd choke on stage, but they completely loved our music and asked up to join them on a tour - our band was disbanded due to wanderlust, but it was seriously a top thing for me!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a certified 2nd degree Reiki practitioner, and i work with energy.
One thing i could teach:
Try this breathing technique the next time you experience overwhelming stress -
Close your eyes, sit somewhere silent, clear your mind and notice any thoughts that spring up and regard them and let them go only as thoughts. Take in 3 deep breaths, counting to 5 as your inhale, and 5 as you exhale. Imagine as you inhale, warm energy of peace filling your lungs and expanding throughout your body, and as you exhale image all your doubts, stress of worries, being pushed out into the air to be released and taken care of.
I'd like to learn a new excercise for my upper body.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share stories with my hosts, laughs, meditation and massages!
I could sing you a song, or write you an impromptu poem. :)
