Most recently I've moved to Halifax, Nova Scotia to study historical costume. I'm loving the east coast and all the kind and generous people I've met here so far!

I am a big lover of sci-fi and fantasy books, movies, and tv shows. My favourite book is The Neverending Story and I have too many favourite movies to count, but The Princess Bride, Gattaca, and You Can't Take it With You are pretty high on the list.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jeez, why name just one? Snorkeling with the manta rays in Coral Bay in Western Australia, surfing in Costa Rica, skiing in Whistler, working on a horse ranch in Victoria, watching grey whales chilling out off the coast of Vancouver Island, hiking Uluru and the Dandenong Ranges, taking the train across Canada, snowshoeing to the grocery store after a Halifax snowstorm...yeah, that's right. I've done it all.

Though I'm by no means an expert, I'd be happy to share a few recipes. I also do a lot of art and sewing, and if anyone needs help with their English language skills, I'm your girl.
