I'm living life as widely as I can; going wherever the wind takes me. I have an open heart that only wants to love and an open mind that only wants to learn. I'm generally an easy-going, fun-loving person with enough craziness to get me into some pretty hectic situations and enough levelheadedness to get me back out. I'm mostly on the road, so I surf more than I host. But, when I finally do settle down, I guarantee my door will be open for you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've met some of the most amazing people through CS. Even if it's only for a night or two, CS has brought so many people into my life that have truly touched my heart - and taught me invaluable life lessons. I'm truly grateful for each and every one of them!

I lean towards movies that makes me think or feel something real (Todo Sobre mi Mama, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Little Miss Sunshine). I don't watch TV, but I love to watch a good series on disc (Arrested Development, The Wire, Mad Men, anything BBC).
I'll listen to any and all music that isn't heavy metal, but I l LOVE anything that makes me dance (funk, dancehall, world, salsa, swing), sing at the top of my lungs (country.. yes, i said it, country), or chill (reggae, ambient, acoustic).
Similarly, I'll read anything that's written well or, when I'm traveling, anything I can get my hands on. My favorite authors include Bill Bryson, Tom Robbins, Graham Greene, Salman Rushdie, Cormac McCarthy, Murakami...
I'm always open to new things, so make some suggestions!

Every day has amazing moments, but a few chart toppers have been diving with 8 different species of sharks in Cocos Islands and meditating with Goenkaji in the Global Vipassana Pagoda in Gorai.

Cooking... Dancing... Diving... English/Spanish... The carbon cycle... I can probably teach you something about something.
The next big thing on the learning list is sailing, but I love to learn, so teach me anything!
