ABOUT ME

Lets see... I'm shy at first but warm up quickly once you get to know me, I love to read but don't have much time for it, I love to cook and eat good food, I love most kinds of music and movies, I'm from upstate NY but have been in NC since 96....

I've been feeling the itch to be more outdoorsy and healthy lately. I grew up in the woods, like seriously in the woods. Did you know there were forests in NY? Anyway, I miss the feeling of freedom and the comfort of being in nature. I'd like to find somebody will suggest a hike and knows a great place to go, or loves to camp and will actually follow through with plans. Exercise is a fairly new thing to my life, I detest it but it's something I should start now before I'm old and flabby and incapable.

Next thing to know about me, I'm a people watcher, I'm not shallow, but at the same time I'm not real big on forced conversations about the depth of the human soul, every now and then, but not every night. I love a good debate, teaching or being taught something new is always a wonderful experience.

I see the world as an optimist and will likely be the person who tries to find the silver lining to to any negative situation. That being said I'm also not sugary, flamboyant or excitable. I'm relaxed, rarely stressed and mostly happy.

Its come to my attention that my list being in alphabetical order disturbs some people, I used a program that scanned my music folder on my computer and made the list based on folder names. I spent less then 5 minutes making this list so don't worry I'm not that OCD, I just know how to use computers to my advantages. I've also decided to update the list to now be things I'm currently listening to, some of my old favorites may not be listed here that doesn't mean I don't listen to more than you see. I considered adding my entire music library here, but thought who wants to see 8000 different artists??

I saw a rainbow over Jordan, across the Dead Sea, in Israel, from the top of Masada an ancient Roman palace, a thousand feet high on a rocky plateau.
