I am an accessories designer living in Brooklyn working in Manhattan. I have two lovely room mates a friendly cat and a nice big couch (in my tiny apartment).

I read a lot, and like mostly anything, most recently Cooked by Michael Pollen. Same goes for quality movies!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Maybe this isn't the most amazing thing but its the first thing that comes to mind: I worked at a popular and touristy restaurant called La Esquina, it was a busy lunch so all the tables were full with a long waiting list. One man just wanted to eat lunch alone, so i sat him at a small table next to a foreign couple and another man eating alone. He made conversation with the people sitting next to him and they seemed to be having fun. He finished eating before them and came up to the booth to pay, and without saying a word to either the couple or the other man, he decides to pay for both parties lunch! I just thought it was one of the nicest things I had ever seen while working at the busy snobby restaurant. It made me feel so good to tell the couple and man that they didn't have to worry about paying for their meal. You never know what might come your way.
