Carlos is a life coach who loves helping people find balance and fulfilment. We speak Spanish, and English and would love to continue learning Italian and Portuguese. Coaching blends different techniques to help us see things from new perspectives and understand ourselves better.

I've always been the go-to person for advice, which led me to become a certified coach. At work, I've helped many colleagues grow and succeed. I believe we all have the answers within us; sometimes, we need a little guidance.

We enjoy meditating, cooking, dancing, wine tasting, travelling, and exploring new possibilities. We also love meeting new people and sharing experiences. We're looking forward to hosting or getting hosted by you and having some great conversations!
