I was born and bred in Singapore in Asia but am currently a university student in Leeds, UK.

I love to travel and I enjoy both the thrill of new adventures and company, as well as the serenity of exploring a new place alone.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'd like to be able to visit new cities and learn about the city from locals themselves. Being able to immerse myself into various cultures is one of the main reasons why I travel.

As a Singaporean living in the UK, there will be little for me to share about the British culture (or rather, inappropriate for me to be explaining it). Nonetheless, I'd be excited to share about the experiences I've had here and in my other travels too.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite novel of all time is Nineteen Eighty-Four by George Orwell. I don't find much time to read novels lately but another memorable book was Franny and Zooey by J.D Salinger.

My opinion of great movies include the likes of Gladiator, Gone Girl and Inglorious Bastards.
