I am a environmental enthusiast, nature lover, and an eco minded traveler. I grew up in a pretty small town right on Georgian Bay, which embedded a large love for open water and independence. I love to read and create; I love to do yoga and hang out with like-minded people. I am looking for authentic experiences, through learning about cultural traditions, or soaking up all that our natural environment has to offer (hikes, water trips, camping). Always down for a wild time. I'm a lover of live music, vegetarian meals, all animals, warm drinks, good company.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a student on a budget who is looking for hosts who share the mindset and are open to having a guest in their home. Not only do I believe couch surfing is a great way to save financially, but also allows for surfers to learn about the country in a much more authentic way. I am looking for places, things, events or experiences that the average tourist would not normally include in their itinerary.

Interests

I am completely in love with nature and all our natural world has to offer. I am pursuing the path of becoming an outdoor adventure naturalist guide in the ecotourism industry, and will be going to Algonquin College this September for an adventure program. I am interested in most outdoor recreational activities. Horseback riding, swimming, biking, kayaking, canoeing and camping are the most avid recreational activities of mine. I am interested in learning to rock climb recreationally and am open to all kinds of adventures! When I'm in the city I love to go out for dancing and drinks with friends. I am always on the journey to becoming my healthiest self, searching for the balance of letting myself be young and worry-free. The possibility of one day having peace, the possibility of seeing the world.
