Je suis un Québécois, originaire de Grondines, un petit village sur le bord du fleuve Saint-Laurent et vivant à Québec. J'ai étudié en science de la transformation alimentaire et travaille maintenant comme brasseurs (en microbrasserie) en plus de consacrer tout mes temps libre à la torréfaction et à la création de ma marque de café.

je suis quelqu'un de calme, amical et respectueux. J'adore faire des soupers avec des amis, prendre un verre et faire la fête autant que j'apprécie lire un bon livre, écouter de la musique et faire des activités extérieures. Je fais régulièrement de l'escalade et du vélo.

I'm a french canadian born in Grondines, a very small town on the side of the Saint-Laurent River. I'm graduated in Food science in the goal of becoming a Brewer on my own compagny. I'm now working as a brewer in a microbrewery and as a coffee roaster on my own brand.
I realy like to learn to do new things with my own hands.

I'm a realy friendly person who likes to receive friends for dinner or simply to have a drink at home. I enjoy good conversations about music, books, food, movies or travel. I'm always willing to do something when my friends ask. I like outdoor activities like climbing, trecking, camping or bike.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

One of the good moment I had in Laos is on Don Det Island. My friends and me had a small Bungallow right on the side of the Mekong River. We spent a few days in our hammocks watching the sunset over Cambodia on the other side of the river. I was young and it was one of my first backpack trip. I think this one of the moment where you realise that you have so much to see and so little time.

Je me débrouille à la slackline. Je peux vous emmener grimper et joue un peu de drum. Je peux vous apprendre à faire votre bière et torréfier votre café.

I'm not bad at Slackline. I do rock climbing and I play a little bit of drum. I can show you how to brew your own beer and how to roast your coffee.
