ABOUT ME

This is the part I am seriously not good at. A description of myself... Semi tall and skinny... lol. I used to try and be witty but have moved around so much people in different areas sometimes didn't understand my humour, so I've toned that down a notch. I've found that until you really get to know someone, humour can be risky. I am a very good friend if you get to know me. I strive to not accumulate material things. Once or twice a year I get on craigslist and give away all the stuff I managed to acquire in this routine of life. Its crazy how fast stuff builds up and weights you down. I am currently employed at the University of Arizona. I love it there. Different every day. I hike often. It's one of the many amazong things about Tucson. A trail in every direction.

I have hosted in the past but had to set up a new profile, so it won't show that here. I plan on actually surfing in the very near future.

Interests

Books, crochet. I hike frequently and take cheap weekend trips to places I've never been almost every other weekend. I have so many places left to see. October of 2011 I joined an amazing Brazilian/African drumming group. THAT is amazing stuff. They take people off the street and turn them into drummers. It's a riot. I've also started taking guitar lessons. That has also turned out to be a lot of fun. What eats up most of my time lately, though, is yoga. It's a new found passion.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most recent is riding into Sedona for the first time ever on my motorcycle. The view out over Oak Creek Canyon was so breathtaking, I almost rode over the edge of the cliff! O, and Burning Man! Indescribable!
