ABOUT ME

I'm friendly, easy-going, Christian, always down for new experiences and learning from others. I've spent summers in Peru and Jordan, a semester in Spain, a year in Oxford, England, where I did a degree in Theology (Science and Religion), and a couple years in London for an MSc in theoretical physics. At my university in Texas I studied physics, math, and Arabic. If you plan to visit Texas let me know and I may be able to help you out with accommodations, or if you’re visiting wherever I currently reside I’d be happy to show you around :)

I have many personal philosophies...not sure what to list, so I guess I'll just save them for conversations!

All kinds of music; rock, oldies, alternative, hip-hop/rap, pop, R&B, bachata, reggaeton, salsa...just not a huge fan of country haha

The Departed is one of my favorite movies; Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, and Monty Python are the only ones I’ll watch multiple times

I’ve read quite a few books, so it’s hard to pick favorites unless narrowing by genre. The Wheel of Time is my favorite series; The Brothers Karamazov is one favorite novel.

I can share knowledge of languages I've studied, tell stories about my experiences, and have meaningful conversations about many things. I also cook pretty good burgers, can teach some self-defense or weightlifting technique, can entertain with some magic tricks, or help with math homework ;p
