ABOUT ME

I love to travel and get to know new cultures and people. I love international environments and random situations that let you discover things you didn't expect. I am currently biking around Finland with my Finnish friend Miia Panula (https://www.couchsurfing.org/people/miiap/). The plan is to work as volunteers in several summer festivals and enjoy the finnish summer! PHILOSOPHY

I think we should try to do what makes us happy. Of course we have to pay bills, work and so on; but there's always a way to focus what you are doing in a nice way, and if you just hate what you do, maybe it's time to change. If we all do this, I think we will be much more happier :D

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I surfed during my Interrail trip two years ago and I loved the experience. People is just amazing and I think this is a really nice way to discover places and people in a different way :p

Interests

I love to travel and there's still the whole world to check out! I love cinema, all kind of music (even more indie, rock, folk), I like animals, photography, nature and cities and every single thing that makes me smile.

I am studing cinema, communication and journalism as my major subjects. I came to Finland 2 years ago as an erasmus student. In Jyväskylä I knew amazing people, like Miia. Now I'm back in Finland with her, ready for more and happy to be back.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love indie music but also rock/pop, classical, rap, folk... This summer I am in Finland also to work as volunteer for several festivals (Kaustinen Folk Music Festival, Turku Down by the Lauturi and Flow Festival)

When it comes to watch a movie, I prefer not to know what is the story about, so it is always a surprise. I love all kind of movies, and it would be amazing to work one day making them :D I am happy now cause I'll be working in Espoo Cine (also as volunteer :p)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Normally my best memories are related with trips but also with little moments of my normal life. Drinking something with friends or some specific talk can be just amazing. Two years ago I spent Juhannus in a little cottage close to Jyväskylä full of random people and it was really nice. It is one of my best memories from Finland.

But in fact I don't really believe in amazing big moments but little perfect moments that make you day special.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am Spanish so I can try to teach you some Spanish, and now I am learning, little by little, some basic Finnish. So it would be nice to get some help o it! :D
