* New to couch-surfing :) *

I'm easy going and always looking for adventure - whether out in nature or in the heart of the city

I've always loved travelling, meeting people and learning about different cities and culture - Whether Its a busy Indian city or hiking in Wales :)

I studied Biochemistry at the University of York for four years.
Since then I've worked at cocktails bar and a university Library - enjoying these as well as saving up some travelling money.

I've been to two areas of the world on various travels - India, Nepal and Thailand which was the most amazing experience - although something like being thrown in at the deep-end. (2012)

And more recently to Eastern Europe - Ukraine, Romainia and Hungary (2013) . These countries were all amazing and I cannot recommend Lviv (Ukraine) and Transylvania enough! - I definitely need to get back there one day.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Recently I was encouraged to get on couch surfing by a friend who hosts, it's a community I really love the idea of joining.

I don't have the facility to host at the moment, but I'm hopeing this should change by the autumn.

Meanwhile, Its been too long now since I've been out on the road, so this summer I'm looking to travel round and learn more about France and it's wonderful people, while hopefully brushing up my basics of the language

Músicas, Filmes e Livros

I enjoy reading when I get the time (yes, occasionally at work)- recently ive been reading
Kazuo Ishiguro, Magret Atwood, Iris Murdoch, Hemmingway, Alduos Huxley - a mix of my favourites.

I'm also looking to read some french authors - Sartre for example.

I love films of any variety; classics, comedies, action, whatever I'm feeling really :)

And music, again, I'm into a variety of things from folk and rock to electronic stuff.
