Hello! I'm Charlie and am 25 years old. I've been doing couch surfing on and off again for the past few years. But I’m always excited to meet new people and experienced couch surfers!

I’m a recent graduate at a small liberal arts school with Economics and German Majors before going to Madrid to teach English. I’ll be in Cologne for my masters for the foreseeable future. Looking to live up life (and escape the USA) before it’s too late ;)

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I did a good amount of couch surfing in Europe while I was studying abroad—now I would like to return the favor. I unfortunately will be at my dorm in college. But a room in my parents house is open to you! They are great people who are used to having guests stay. If I have time, I will come visit with you and maybe show you around Williamsport a bit.

I love all kinds of music. Alternative, hip-hop, old grunge, really anything but country ;). I'm not a huge movie guy but I love reading. From George Orwell, Harper Lee, or even Harry Potter or the Great Gatsby. Also I like everything about economics or psychology.

I did a gap year in Hamburg, Germany while attending a German highschool. I was thrown into the deep end for language learning and came out to tell the tale!
