I will be travelling to Zagreb and then Balaton in Hungary from Zadar on the 17.07.24.

I am an upbeat and sociable person who absolutely adores funny adventures and spontaneous journeys through the summer. I have been working in the education industry for the past 4 years after graduating university. I am obsessed with language learning and understanding the quirks of every culture. I love the opportunity to spend long warm evenings discussing the world over a drink or 3 and swimming in the early morning sun!

I have travelled and lived in Europe and am now settled in Bristol, U.K.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to experience another side of travelling since staying in hostels does become quite repetitive and expensive after a while. Would like to meet someone who also knows the area and can point me to a nice bar or restaurant.

I'll be teaching English on the shores of Lake Balaton on the 21st of July so seeking connections and adventures before I reach my destination.

Interests

Oh so many, my interests change quite quickly as i find it hard to stay on task..generally being with good company, drinking cups of tea and swimming.
If I were to be in my perfect setting I would be sitting on a wooden stall in the late afternoon sunshine with a Balkan brass band running around me as I eat a delicious stew.
