We change all the time, so better not make fixed ideas about ourselves! But I love art, I love music, poetry, Nature, meditation, and am very engaged with healing and transformation. I'm becoming more and more involved in the worlds of Buddhist meditation, healing through working with nature and am also now beginning my career in Thai Massage - an Ancient and Spiritual form of healing, not only the mind and body - but our Whole Being.

I've worked and volunteered in Permaculture / Natural Farming and Landscaping for the past 10 years and am now looking to branch out my career into the worlds of leading groups in foraging, Shinrin Yoko, and other ways of connecting people with Nature.

I love to exchange skills and knowledge and look forward to meeting other like-minded souls on the road for adventures and sharing of Hearts and Minds :)
