PHILOSOPHY

"life is good" was a phrase used by probably the best boss i have had. I am starting to understand that more and more. I have also thought a lot about the phrase "you are what you eat." which has brought me to the phrase "you are how you eat" i guess just about thoughtfulness of how one consumes ones day.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I became aware of CouchSurf from people I had offered a ride share from craigslist a while ago. (which i have had so many great experiences from) I haven't really had an opportunity to host anyone yet with past roomates not quit comfortable with the idea. This past summer I had a co-worker who was very active and helped out international travelers kick it in portland. I am excited about coming a more active member

i am reading Jack Kerouac's "Dharma Bums" lately. very good.
I am loving Brett Dennon for music lately and just came accross a song called "hearts a mess" by a group called Gotye that hits my playlist often. Movies...yes. many. but a central to my thoughts is this funny movie from the early 90's with Meryl Streep called "defending your life" but probably have watched to many movies.
