I’m from Portland, Oregon and I’m currently working as a fishmonger at a small sustainable seafood company. I’m excited to travel, get myself out of my comfort zone, and meet new, interesting people.

I’m on Couchsurfing because I think it’s a really cool way to meet people and to see new places. It can help you make friends abroad and get a locals perspective on wherever you are visiting. It feels like a good way to immerse yourself more in the culture of where you are.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love movies and music. I go to the movie theater pretty often and really enjoy talking about and analyzing movies. I studied Contemporary Music in college because of my love of music and how it invokes so much emotion in me. My DJ class was one of my favorite courses. It’s so fun to make other people want to dance with your music!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am a very easy going and laid back person and I get along easily with people. When staying in someone else’s space I’m very respectful of keeping it clean and helping out around the house. I’d love to share about life experiences and also to hear about my hosts!
