I am a 23 year old student from Germany who is currently travelling through the east of Canada and the US. I have been to several places before like Australia and New Zealand. I am very open minded, uncomplicated and looking forward to meet new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It seems to be a cool way to get to know a City and the people living. I have not done it myself before but so many of my friends are big fans of it, so I thought I'll give it a try :)

Interests

Obviously I love to travel and learn languages, that's why I'm on here ;). Music is very important to me, even if I am not a musician or anything. I like reading, photography, art and films.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen mainly (but not exclusivly!) to alternative/folk rock / punk rock music such as Frank Turner, Mumford & Sons, Foo Fighters, Gaslight anthem, Rise Against and quite a lot of German bands which are probably not that known.

Considering reading I'm a big fan of T.C. Boyle, because I think is very interesting provocative stories. Basically for both film and books I like everything that has an interesting and unusual story line.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I went up the highes mountain of the indian ocean, the piton de neige without any climbing experience....exhausting as hell, but amazing view!
