I grew up around London, and recently lived and worked in the middle of the city for 4 years. I’m currently travelling South America. I just spent nearly 4 months in Brasil. I’m now exploring Colombia.

I‘m usually half way through 5-6 books because I read based on my mood at that time of day; anything from business to health and wellness, personal development and history.

I’m happy to teach English. I have practiced yoga for 8 years and lead classes (although I’m not a qualified teacher). I know a lot about communications, marketing and business development. I have taken a 1 year long life coaching course and am part of a coaching organisation in London. I can also train dogs!

I love talking about all aspects of culture, history and learning new things.
