Overview
About Me
I’m an 18 year old aspiring actress from Liverpool, England. I love theatre and film of course as I hope to be an actress one day but I also have a huge passion for history. Take me to a museum or a historical landmark and I’ll be a happy gal. I love reading too although I should make more time for it I will admit. I am travelling Asia with my boyfriend Dan Anderson (He’s left a reference so you can view his profile) he has told me all about the benefits of couch surfing as he has travelled Europe and I would love to experience the same types of adventures. I love to travel because I think it’s important to see how other people live differently to you and to experience new cultures as it can give you a new perspective on life or expand your world view instead of living inside your own tiny bubble forever. I enjoy trying new food, getting lost in my thoughts as I explore the streets of a new city, discovering beautiful parts of nature and making connections with people all over the world who I never would have met if I didn’t have the privilege of being able to travel.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To expand my world view and learn about other countries histories and cultures along with understanding how people live differently all over the world and yet we’re all more similar than some like to think - just people going about their lives trying to have a good time.

Movies
My favourite film is Anastasia (yes, it’s a kids film) as I’ve always been fascinated by Russian history (what a surprise). I also love anything Disney because I’m a massive child at heart but I enjoy a good romance like Pride and Prejudice or Bridget Jones is a classic
My favourite book is by far The Book Thief - it’s set in WW2 (can you see a trend here?) and is narrated by death, a concept that instantly intrigued me as I’m sure you can tell by now how much of a history nerd I am and I love a book that experiments a bit.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hiked Mount Fuji
