Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I join couchsurfing because some friends of me tell me their marvellous experience with couchsurfing. We used to travel with my boyfriend and sometimes it's difficult to have reals relationship with locals people. So couchsurfing can be a good way to meet locals people to create real relationships, to have good advices and to discover some places which are not on guides and are very interesting. I 'd like to have improbable experience and discover new things (new sports, new games, learning foreign cooking). I'm interest by discover new system of education, different pedagogy. And I'm intererest by exchange and compare different lifestyle. I join couchsurfing because I hope that it can be a good way to progress in english and to learn spanish. With my boyfriend, we'll travel in south America and we don't speak spanish.

Interests

I like to read, to cook french cooking and to learn new way of cooking. I like nature. I live with my boyfriend in the country because we like to walk, and to pick some wild mushrooms, fruits, plants. And after we like to invite friends to share a nice meal. I like children ( I'm a primary school teacher). I like to sing, to paint. I like sports too. The place where we live is famous for cross country ski. I make alpine ski since I am 3 years old. My boyfriend make snowboard. In winter season we have spot to make kitesurf on snow and in summer time, we like to make kitesurf on water.I like to exchange with my friend and to have good time with them. We have a recreational vehicle and we like to camp on the beach, make kitesurf, exchange with the others and make bbq...

Music, Movies, and Books

It's difficult to answer because I like a lot of different music. I like Paris Combo, Selah Sue, Camille, Janis Joplin, the Doors, Chinese man, James Brown, Aretha Franklin and so on....My boyfriend loves music. He makes lives of progressive music and he works for different groups : he make mixage and mastering for their music. My best films are O' brother ( I love the BO), Persépolis, Mary Poppins, l'Auberge Espagnole, Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulin, La vie est belle, Là haut (up)... My favorite authors are Daniel Pennac, Arto Paasilinna, Raymond Queneau, Eric Emmanuel Schmitt. I love children's litterature and discover foreign children's litterature.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During a travel in Indonésia with my boyfriend, we run into my ex science teacher who loves volcanoes. He was with a friend who was vulcanologist and want to make a documentary on the Kawa Ijen. So they decided to bring us with them and we dicover a new part of the volcanoe with a gypsum river, and a beautiful landscape with a lot of differents colors. We discovered the crater lake by night with blue flames. It was very surnatural and I think it's my better souvenir of travel.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Guests can sleep at home and eat at home. If we don't work we can bring them to discover our area and if we work we can give us some advices to visit beautiful places.
